This wine is round on the palate, with remarkable freshness and exceptional balance between richness and acidity. It had a traditional fermentation and matured exclusively in stainless steel and concrete. This is another classically elegant, complex wine that's going to evolve nicely for at least 7-8 years. Drink now.

Interesting Sauvignon Blanc. In my opinion, aromatics is not typical for Sauvignon Blanc, in my opinion — no citrus fruits, no herbs, and gooseberries. Melon, nectarine, some apple in the aroma. And in general, everything is pretty moderate.

Wooden barrel nose, beautiful taste. 2nd time, still good. Love it 😍 good paired with New Zealand lamb cutlets

As usual great wine! Medium bodied, light sweetness, medium acidity, fantastic balance. Aromas of sweet peach, green fig, dried apricot, raisins, dried citrus. Great QPR wine!

Nice wine although for some reason I preferred it chilled

Un vino que merece ser vivido. Saque el decanter, invite a un amigo, Si es posible que el vino lo traiga él. Y goce de un 5 puntos sin dudarlo. La vida es muy corta para tomar vinos malos. Disfrute que son dos días. Salú

Crisp, tasty, perfect for pastas and pizzas

Very Light white wine. It matches well with desert, because it’s light and sweet. But simply too light for my taste. But still a very good wine.

Dry & crisp. Kelli is a fan. If I am trying to be critical I'd say it lacks the complexity of something like an egly or a gosset, but definitely a good buy at the price.

Region
The Western Cape is home to the vast majority of the South African wine industry, and the country's two most famous wine regions, Stellenbosch and Paarl. The city of Cape Town serves as the epicenter of the Cape Winelands, a mountainous, biologically diverse area in the south-western corner of the African continent.
Grapes
Sauvignon Blanc is a green-skinned grape variety that originates from the Bordeaux region of France. The grape most likely gets its name from the French words sauvage and blanc due to its early origins as an indigenous grape in South West France. It is possibly a descendant of Savagnin.
