Concentrated yet lithe in style, showing fine definition and minerally cut on the long, focused finish. There is a superb balance in this wine with good freshness. The wine is fresh and bright with an especially buoyant personality. So focused and really concentrated, too, for such a sleek example of this grape.

Simple and straightforward. Melon in aroma and taste. No revelations.

Very rich taste and nosé. It's lilies here, peach and apple. It's less gentle than earlier vintage but it's also a stronger character now

That’s one of a very few wines I’ve been buying continuously throughout the years, despite my craving to try new ones. Yep. It’s that good.

Great smell, great taste, great wine. Todo un numero 1. One thing I complain is the stupid heavy bottles. I think those bottles deliver less wine, which is a shame

Top Teil. Sehr rund, ausgewogen, restsüß, süffig, einfach lecker. Eingemachte Beeren, Vanille, Holz.

Grapes
Weissburgunder or Pinot Blanc is a white wine grape. It is a point genetic mutation of Pinot noir. Pinot noir is genetically unstable and will occasionally experience a point mutation in which a vine bears all black fruit except for one cane which produces white fruit.
