Ends with dried sage accents on the firm finish. The color is clear with hints underlining its characteristic freshness. Vivid aromas kick off the nose of this bottling. So focused and really concentrated, too, for such a sleek example of this grape.

Making risotto with Pinot Grigio is already a classic for me. And it is a shame to drink it later. 🙂

One of the best wines I’ve had in Europe considering Its a 2017. Very smooth, fresh bold black fruit, leather, chocolate and medium to high boldness.
