Long, refreshing finish with so much chalky minerality! The nose is delicate and appealing. Great promise for the future.

At the first breath from the glass, a wild and unbridled passion fruit jumps at you. But as soon as the wine breathes a little bit to get away from this fruit rebellion, not even a trace remains. While getting to half of the bottle the wine becomes completely flat and not interesting. Like water with lemon.

Black fruits - blackcurrant, plum, black cherry, raisin and fig. Hint of vanilla. Full body, not too tannic, a little sweet, long finish. Very well balance. Love it.

Color granate oscuro. Un toque de sabor a fruta madura y un ligero dulzor, algo de aspereza pero una vez abierto el vino en seguida se va. Calidad precio inmejorable. Un buen vino para acompañar con carne, verduras y queso.

Region
Val de Loire (Loire Valley) - wine region includes the French wine regions situated along the Loire River from the Muscadet region near the city of Nantes on the Atlantic coast to the region of Sancerre and Pouilly-Fumé just southeast of the city of Orléans in north central France. In between are the regions of Anjou wine, Saumur, Bourgueil, Chinon, and Vouvray. The Loire Valley itself follows the river through the Loire province to the river's origins in the Cévennes but the majority of the wine production takes place in the regions noted above. The area includes 87 appellations under the Appellation d'origine contrôlée (AOC), Vin Délimité de Qualité Superieure (VDQS) and Vin de pays systems. While the majority of production is white wine from the Chenin blanc, Sauvignon blanc and Melon de Bourgogne grapes, there are red wines made (especially around the Chinon region) from Cabernet franc. In addition to still wines, rosé, sparkling and dessert wines are also produced. With Crémant production throughout the Loire, it is the second largest sparkling wine producer in France after Champagne.
Grapes
Sauvignon Blanc is a green-skinned grape variety that originates from the Bordeaux region of France. The grape most likely gets its name from the French words sauvage and blanc due to its early origins as an indigenous grape in South West France. It is possibly a descendant of Savagnin.
