The mouth is medium-weight, supple, and carries a very long finish. This is a mid-weight wine that you could easily pair with Tuscan fried pasta, such as coccoli or donzelle, thanks to that fresh acidity. The wine is fresh and bright with an especially buoyant personality. Great promise for the future.

I’m not a fan of sherry, but Oloroso Sherry is very nice! The colour is rich, almost copper. The aroma is amazing: roasted nuts in caramel, figs, dates. Despite the high alcohol level (18%), it is easy to drink. Absolutely dry, but very soft wine. On the palate, there are walnuts, prunes, and a little salt. The aftertaste is long-lasting.

One of the best wines I’ve had in Europe considering Its a 2017. Very smooth, fresh bold black fruit, leather, chocolate and medium to high boldness.

Region
Jerez-Xérès-Sherry it is one of Spain's wine regions, a Denominación de Origen Protegida (DOP). The word sherry is an anglicisation of Xérès (Jerez). In Europe, "Sherry" has protected designation of origin status, and under Spanish law, all wine labelled as "Sherry" must legally come from the Sherry Triangle, an area in the province of Cádiz between Jerez de la Frontera, Sanlúcar de Barrameda, and El Puerto de Santa María. In 1933 the Jerez denominación de origen was the first Spanish denominación to be officially recognised in this way, officially named D.O. Jerez-Xeres-Sherry and sharing the same governing council as D.O. Manzanilla Sanlúcar de Barrameda.
Grapes
Palomino Fino is a white grape widely grown in Spain and South Africa, and best known for its use in the manufacture of sherry. It is also grown in the Douro region of Portugal where it is used for table and fortified wines.
