Thick, dense, full-bodied wine. White wine for a winter (sic!) evening. The manufacturer, Stephane Montez — Domaine du Monteillet, decided not to indicate the varietal composition and I could not find it anywhere either. But nutmeg is clearly felt. And the aroma: pears, peaches in syrup, nutmeg. At the same time, the wine turned out to be rather dry and with low acidity. Interesting, but not mine 🤷♀️
