Ends with dried sage accents on the firm finish. It had a traditional fermentation and matured exclusively in stainless steel and concrete. To bring out the best in the wine, match with local products, such as cheeses, cured meats, pasta with meat sauce or grilled meats. Lovely!

Absolutely canonical Koonunga Hill Chardonnay. In the aroma: apple, honey, melted butter. The acidity is not very high.

Wooden barrel nose, beautiful taste. 2nd time, still good. Love it 😍 good paired with New Zealand lamb cutlets

Raisins, strawberry jam, marzipan. Very juicy and sweet. Wish there was more oak and acid to bring better balance to this wine. Still enjoyable. 👍🏻
