This complex wine has a character with a fresh finish. Fresh, salty, mineral-driven and hugely refreshing; quintessential wine. The nose is delicate and appealing. Impressive.

Interesting and slightly unusual Grauburgunder by Hiss & Düringer. The aroma is barely noticeable. But the aftertaste is sweet and very pleasant.

Enjoyable piece, although it becomes quite heavy when it's coming closer to the end of 2nd glass )) Very nice combination of plum, cherry bone, leather, pepper and oak notes. The one for trying again.

Nice but lacking a finish to match the rest of the wine

It was ok… finish was short, effervescent almost!
