Round and creamy with a savory, flavorful finish. Full-bodied and tight. Smooth, and round, with clean yet dense and luscious style. Hints of asphalt and earth come through.

Gotes del Priorat is an elegant and soft wine, but with character. An excellent example of a reference balance: everything is in place! Even the label did not disappoint. The aroma is absolutely cool cherry with plum, cloves, and vanilla (apparently the result of 11 months of ageing in oak). The taste is slightly tart but perfectly smoothed over by the sweetness. Alcohol is 14%, but it is not felt at all, everything is so in harmony. The winery is owned by the architect Arribas. I don’t know if he’s a good architect, but his wine is great.

You really can’t go wrong with any of these terrific wines from the the excellent vineyard. Rich, smooth, full bodied and silky soft. Like falling into a velvet sofa covered in feather cushions. Pairs well with anything worthy of it like a good cheese board. Wonderful stuff!

It is very good vine. Wine, actually. Funny is that everyone can find something for themselves. Even tastes are different. Highly, highly recommend.

Had higher expectations. Dark red fruits, low acidity. Did not enjoy the finish, found it somewhat bitter.

Nice to drink by itself. Not too dry nor is it fruity. Not disappointing from start to end. Great with grilled chicken and vegetables.
