Wonderful mineral notes make this a round and weightier wine with a pleasant finish. It's full-bodied and has a seamless texture and a great finish. This is another classically elegant, complex wine that's going to evolve nicely for at least 7-8 years.

Please, don’t forget to decant! Cherry in aroma, prune in taste. Moderate acidity and tannins.

One of the best wines I’ve had in Europe considering Its a 2017. Very smooth, fresh bold black fruit, leather, chocolate and medium to high boldness.

What I get is why it is so popular among most wine lovers.

Good wine. Slightly bitter and with lots of black fruits but also leather. Alcohol is remarcably well integrated. Little minus is the lack of character as every sip is the same with the first one. Fantastic price/quality ratio.

Fresh, citrus not only in the nose, but the flavors hold over to the tasting. Smooth easy drinking. Finish falls inline with the other steps to the tasting. It is simply delicious!

Region
Rioja in Northern Spain is best known for berry-scented, barrel-aged red wines made from Tempranillo and Garnacha. It is arguably Spain's top wine region. It is certainly the most famous, rivaled only by Jerez.
Grapes
Tempranillo or Tinta Roriz is a black grape variety widely grown to make full-bodied red wines in its native Spain. Its name is the diminutive of the Spanish temprano, a reference to the fact that it ripens several weeks earlier than most Spanish red grapes.
