The medium-bodied palate is silky, concentrated and seamlessly fresh, and finishing long and flavorful. It’s full-bodied with sleek tannins. Smooth, and round, with clean yet dense and luscious style. This needs food.

The manufacturer claims that this Chenin Blanc has been aged for 3 months. The aroma is light, restrained, pleasant — it contains citrus flowers. Very acidic. And quite strong (13.5%). There is some imbalance between aroma and taste.

Enjoyable piece, although it becomes quite heavy when it's coming closer to the end of 2nd glass )) Very nice combination of plum, cherry bone, leather, pepper and oak notes. The one for trying again.

This is an incredible wine. Fantastic. Drink it and buy it for your cellar.

Very fresh and fruity, just a bit mineral
Brianna Smith · 4.12.2021
Oh damn! This is such a floral (almost alpine) devastatingly beautiful
Honey Myers · 23.6.2021
A bit of a lemon twist followed by a dry finish. The bottle we opened must have been a bit older as the bottle didn't pop very much and the effervescence didn't last long

Region
Stellenbosch is perhaps the most famous wine-producing region in South Africa. The town, in Western Cape's Coastal Region, is steeped in history and is home to the country's best-known wine estates. Is responsible for around 14% of the country's annual wine production.
Grapes
Chenin blanc is a White wine grape variety from the Loire Valley of France. Its high acidity means it can be used to make everything from sparkling wines to well-balanced dessert wines, although it can produce very bland, neutral wines if the vine's natural vigor is not controlled.
