Wine tasting review

The fermentation balances acidity and adds to its layered flavors, while a rich, seamless intensity defines the palate leading to a long, structured finish. It had a traditional fermentation and matured exclusively in stainless steel and concrete. The wine is fresh and bright with an especially buoyant personality. It might be the finest wine I've tasted under this label.

Just recently tasted 2016, and while ago 2015 vintages. Now turn is for 2017. What csn I say, this wine never dissppoint you. Also 2017 is already well mature and same fantastic taste as previous years.

Virkelig flot mørk rubinrød vin med en dejlig intens duft af sorte bær, lidt vanille og egetræ. Smagen er fyldig, rund og blød med rigtig mange noter af sorte bær. Den er kompleks og en let vanille, egetræ og en fin sødme går sammen i en højere enhed. Lang, delikat eftersmag.

Solid opus from a reliably good producer. Smooth and pleasantly effervescent mouth with expessive lime touched by a subtle note of toasted pine nuts leading to a happy bitterness on the finish.
