Wonderful mineral notes make this a round and weightier wine with a pleasant finish. This is a mid-weight wine that you could easily pair with Tuscan fried pasta, such as coccoli or donzelle, thanks to that fresh acidity. It's more serious in the end, with a medium to full-bodied palate with plenty of notes and good acidity. Lovely, clean finish.

I think Angel’s Secret Carménère can be easily saved for another ten or twenty years. The aroma is complex, deep, multifaceted. There are black currants, chocolate, and smoked brisket. The taste is also very intense: the sweetness of black and red ripe berries. Full-bodied, juicy. The tannins are soft, smoothed. Long aftertaste. Okay! Although it is difficult to find good food pairing other than meat.

Another great vintage from this wine. A little more smoke than previous years, but with the similar notes of plum, a little cherry and oak.

Für 9 EUR im Angebot bei Andronacco ein super Preis. Mit 15 Umdrehungen aber auch nix für schwache Nerven. Tiefes Rot mit dunkler Frucht. Toller Wein.

Fruity, elder like

Very Light white wine. It matches well with desert, because it’s light and sweet. But simply too light for my taste. But still a very good wine.

What a treat (I hope) for Valentine’s Day… Such a lovely wine this, so well balanced and just the right level of complexity to keep your palate interested… ❤️
