I really like what Jeff Carrell does. «A Vue de Nez» wine is thick, dense, rich, but absolutely not heavy. The aroma is full of vegetables, and the taste is the freshest blackberries and black currants, which is not surprising in the composition of Cabernet Franc and Syrah. The aftertaste is quite long. It is a Bio wine and even sulfite-free but so well and efficiently made that it is impossible to guess about it.
